Booking Deposit:

50% of the total booking is required to confirm reservation. Please be advised that until a check or credit card deposit has been received by our management office, Agent will not block out requested booking dates. Confirmed reservations are not transferable to another party without Agent consent.

There is a 3.5% transaction fee for each payment received with the credit card option.

Final Payment:

The remaining 50% of the booking rate plus security deposit and $250 cleaning fee, is required thirty days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:

$500.00 will be collected with your final payment. All guests are to report any damages observed  upon arrival so that they are not held liable upon check-out. A refund check will be issued within 14 business days after  guest stay.  

Cancellation:

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your reservation, cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of entire booking rate except the security deposit and cleaning fee, which will be refunded.

No Smoking:

Not allowed inside the premises.

Pets:

Small dog permitted with additional security deposit and cleaning charge.  Please contact our agent.

Check in time:

4:00 PM or later / CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM

($250 late fee for delayed departure)

Supplies:

The rental is stocked with a starter supply of paper consumables and cleaning products. If the products supplied are consumed and guest desires additional products for the duration of their stay, guest is responsible to furnish such products.
